All about Jody ~

I live in Surprise Arizona. I have been an Arizona resident for over 20 years. I moved from the New York/New England area to get away from the cold and snow because I was born and raised on St. Croix in the U.S.V.I. so I enjoy the warmer weather most days (can do without the 115 degree daysJ) I have two wonderful and beautiful daughters and two crazy dogs.

 I have been in management and the customer service industry my adult life. I was a restaurant manager for 15 years, and a retail sales manager before becoming a Real Estate Agent. Being a Realtor has been the best decision I made in my professional career, it suits me and is my passion which is one of the keys to being successful in life. I work hard, have great integrity and offer value all my customers. It makes me very happy to help buyers find not just a house, but a home. I realize selling a home can be very difficult for some people, it is a business transaction, but to them it usually is personal and it is important to have the care and concern to help them through these transactions. I know renters out there need a lot of assistance and education - many don’t realize they actually can be a home owner sooner than they think, and I look forward to helping them make that transition

I love the outdoors, I love to be active. I ride quads, camp, play golf, tennis, horseshoes, swimming (almost any outdoor sport).  I enjoy cooking, wine, movies and reading a good book.
